Bilateral Diep Delayed Patient 01

39 year old with left breast cancer. She had nipple sparing mastectomies and prepectoral tissue expanders to expedite post-op chemotherapy. Subsequently she had her expanders removed and bilateral secondary DIEP flaps.

Bilateral Diep Delayed Patient 02

55 year old patient who had bilateral mastectomies and implants and chronic pain from her implants. She chose implant removal and secondary bilateral DIEP flap reconstruction followed by nipple reconstruction and tattooing.

Bilateral Diep Delayed Patient 03

This patient had prior left lumpectomy and radiation therapy for a breast cancer followed by mastopexy and implants. She had chronic pain on the left side and eventually had implant removal and secondary DIEP flaps to make her breasts larger. Her pain resolved, she had subsequent nipple reconstruction and areola tattooing

Bilateral Diep Delayed Patient 04

48 year old with a left breast cancer and had nipple sparing mastectomies through a vertical approach and prepectoral tissue expanders to get definitive pathology. She eventually chose secondary bilateral DIEP flaps.
