Unilateral DIEP Immediate Patient 01
This 60 year old patient had a right breast cancer treated and with immediate DIEP flap breast reconstruction and a secondary left breast mastopexy. Right nipple areola reconstruction planned for the near future.
Unilateral DIEP Immediate Patient 02
This 55 year old woman had a left nipple sparing mastectomy and DIEP flap breast reconstruction. Note the monitoring skin island for the DIEP flap lateral to the left breast nipple areola that she chose not to have removed.
Unilateral DIEP Immediate Patient 03
This patient had had a lumpectomy and removal of the right nipple areola for Paget’s Disease and chose to have the rest of her breast removed and a DIEP flap reconstruction. She subsequently had right nipple areola reconstruction and a left mastopexy for symmetry.

This 60 year old old patient had a left mastectomy for breast cancer and immediate reconstruction with a DIEP flap and subsequent left nipple areola reconstruction and right mastopexy for symmetry.
