Description:
50 year old woman had a prior left mastectomy with an implant and subsequent pain. She elected to have her left implant removed and a DIEP flap with resolution of her pain. She chose to have a tattoo instead of nipple areola reconstruction and also had a right mastopexy for symmetry.

Description:
This 43 year old patient was treated for a right breast cancer with mastectomy, chemotherapy, and radiation therapy. She chose a secondary right DIEP flap and a prophylactic left mastectomy and immediate implant. She has had a right nipple reconstruction and tattooing will follow.
